The Leadership Learning Team, led by Andrew Larkin with a team of dynamic expert facilitators and coaches, equips leaders, teams and organisations to be purpose-driven and highly effective as they pursue and achieve their strategic goals. 

We develop bespoke leadership and management development programmes by carefully listening to, and understanding each of our clients’ strategic learning needs and objectives.  We align our programmes with your priorities. 

Our programmes can include any combination of specialist training sessions, one-to-one executive coaching, 360 degree feedback, action learning sets, work-based collaborative projects and portfolio-style, evidence based assignments.

We deliver anything from one-day training events to year long programmes, for cohorts of 3 or 4 people to cohorts of 50 or more, for teams delivering front line services to middle and senior management teams, for small specialist organisations to large and complex organisations.
